I (we) cant thank your staff enough for what they have been doing to support & care for my mother. The Red Cross staff (ambulance) were amazing & treated mums lack of mobility with such respect & care. It was so very kind of 'Caroline' to call this morning to let me know that mum was awake so we could see her & talk with her, as this has not been possible this last few days. Thank you also to catering staff who have kept our strength up with tasty food :)

This was my first time to a hospice and I felt totally at ese and all questions were answered. It's such a calm and welcoming place that I'd be happy to be there again.

The food was always hot and tasty and nicely presented too. Great value for money. Please pass this onto the kitchen staff who were very much appreciated by Room 10.
